State Mandated Instruction

MMBA Offers "MI Mortgage Loan Essentials"

The Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation (OFIR) has approved the Michigan Mortgage Brokers Association to offer "MI Mortgage Loan Essentials".

Our MMBA 24-hour class meets the state requirement of 24 hours of classroom instruction required of most loan officers before taking the state exam under the Loan Officer Registration Act.

MMBA is the only industry trade association approved to offer continuing education under the new law. This class was created specifically for Michigan loan officers. It was created BY Michigan brokers and loan officers FOR Michigan loan officers.

MMBA members receive a $50.00 discount off the course fee!

Classes start up again in late January, 2009.
